Abstract
- The article focuses on the grievances of the small-medium business (SME) owners due to the high interest rates in the U.S. It highlights the move of General Body Co. owner William H. Hoyerman to encourage other SME owners to lower the American flag to half-mast in their respective companies to mourn for the millions of employees and SMEs, who are being hurt by the high interest rates. SMEs serve as the backbone of the country's economy, however, they have complained on higher interest rates.
