Abstract
- The article offers information on several issues related to the U.S. Isidore Zimmerman of New York City has sued New York for 25 years of wrongful imprisonment for the murder of a police detective. Zimmerman urged the New York legislature to pass a special law allowing him to sue; and he demanded a compensation of 10 million dollar. The Vitullo Evidence Collection Kit, devised by Louis Vitullo, is being used in several hospitals in Illinois to collect evidence in rape cases.
