The article reports on Poland's party leader Stanislaw Kania session in which Kania endorsed the importance of democracy with also endorsing his country's loyalty towards Soviet Union's Kremlin. Information on the reforms proposed by Kania including a limit of two terms for all party officials and the banning of multiple officeholding by party members are also presented. However the new initiatives were not welcomed by the Torun group.
