Abstract

The article reports on the medical emergency service in Moscow, Soviet Union, by profiling the work of one ambulance team on a day. The team, as reported, went to attend an emergency call at 3:35 p.m. relating to chest pains and dizziness. It is reported that, by 4:05 p.m. the team headed by doctor Vladimir Serov reached the place and after examining the 55-year-old man it was decided to hospitalize him.
