Abstract

The article reports on the signed agreement between Brazil and U.S. regarding the 25 million peasants in Brazil's poverty-stricken. It states that the two countries will build roads, power plants, schools and irrigation projects with budget worth 131 million dollar from the U.S. and 145 million dollar from Brazil. Moreover, other topics concerning the agreement are also discussed.
