Abstract
- The article reports on the move of U.S. President John Kennedy whose total occupation was turning toward action not only for Berlin but for the whole world. It states that after last-minute revisions, the president will answer to Nikita Khrushchev's last-month memorandum on Berlin. Additionally, the State Department will release a White Paper on Berlin to further justify the Western stand and then, Kennedy will also summon congressional leaders to brief them on U.S. plans.
