Abstract

The article reports on the announcement made by American Institute of Management (AIM) that Pope John XXIII has raised the Roman Catholic Church's management excellence rating of 210 points to 9,010. It mentions that the improvement was driven by Pope John's increase in the College of Cardinals from 52 at the death of Pope Pius XII to 86. In addition, AIM considers Pope John as the man of the people, knowledgeable, practical, and effective in grasping the situation that confronts the Church.
