Abstract

The article focuses on the increase of women employees due to financial and emotional needs. It explains that discrimination between the sexes in matters of employment has been made illegal by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the U.S. Meanwhile, it mentions that several male-dominated jobs in Europe that are already accepting women include bricklayers, welders, and goldsmiths.
