Abstract

The article reports on the calm welcome promoted by Vietnam peace hopes and the international agreement in Stockholm, Sweden on creating paper gold to support the world monetary system. It notes the gold market of London, England which is accountable for 80% of the world's gold trading aimed at repressing the gold-buying flee that menaced the U.S. dollar. The Bank of England prohibits gold sale for future delivery and stops banks from lending foreign currency to nonresidents for gold-buying.
