Abstract

The article features the ballet school Pennsylvania Ballet, founded by Brooklyn-born dancer Barbara Weisberger. It states that the school, which is now comprised of 33 dancers, developed from a small dance school with the help of the Ford Foundation. According tot the author, the school is one of the promising new dance companies in the U.S., judging by its performances at Manhattan, New York City's City Center.
