Abstract
- The article focuses on the confession of minor United Mine Worker (U.M.W.) official Silous Huddleston who pleaded guilty on the assassination of rebel miner Joseph Yablonski. It says that Huddleston claims that the union is responsible for the assassination of Yablonski due to speculations that Yablonski's campaign threatened U.M.W. to unseat President W.A. (Tony) Boyle. It adds that Huddleston stand as an accomplice in order for him to be punished with life sentence rather than death penalty.
