The Nixinger Report.

The article focuses on the third State of the World report of U.S. President Richard Nixon which is made with the cooperation of national security adviser Henry Kissinger. The report presents measures on U.S. foreign policy problems, strategies for peace and diplomacy, and helping economic development in Latin America. The report is considered to disregard the foreign policy efforts of former U.S. Administrations, and discussed Arab-Israel conflict and Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT).
