Abstract
- An essay is presented on the relations between the U.S. and Western Europe. It indicates that the international relations experts believe that the change in the relations between the two countries starts in the end of the Cold war, in which the American security policies are no longer focused on Europe. It claims that the U.S. strategies for the Iraqi war is considered by the Europeans as alien, destabilizing, and potentially hurtful for their country.
