Opinion: Formulating Fragrances for NPA and DfE.

In this article the author discusses why formulating fragrances that meets the Natural Product Association (NPA) natural and Design for the Environment (DfA) safety criteria is important. He states that it is important because consumers, who purchase cleaning and body care products, want assurances that the products they buy are safe, green, and environmentally friendly. Overview on NPA's Natural Standard for Home Care and DfE programs, aiming to reduce chemicals use in products are offered.
