Abstract
- The article presents the findings of a study conducted on child delinquency in Germany. It defines child delinquency as the commission of criminal offenses committed by children up to and including age 13. It mentions that age of 14 is considered as the age of criminal responsibility. It reveals that offenses against criminal norms are categorized as socially deviant behavior in terms of criminology and sociology. It discusses the epidemiological study conducted on child delinquency.
