Abstract
- The author reflects on the difference between the American and British journalism. He describes the two countries' contrasting approaches on the way their newspapers handle and maintain strict separation between editorial comment and news coverage particularly in television. However, the author commends the impudence and impertinence characteristics of the British journalism, which does not exist in the American press.
