Abstract
- The article relates the comment of Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. (HSBC) on a bond issue that was launched by HSBC Bank plc on July 9, 2010. The bookrunner stated that there was rarity in the issuance by HSBC Bank plc of a euro senior paper. Investors in such bond issue came from several countries including Iberia, Germany, and France. Also included are distribution by investor type and market appraisal.
