Abstract: The article offers news briefs related to art galleries in 1939 in New York. International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) has assembled 79 contemporary paintings from various countries worldwide in the Gallery of Science and Art. The Municipal Art Society has published the guide to art in New York entitled "Art in New York." An exhibition of Limited Edition Sculpture has been opened at the Robinson Galleries.
