Abstract
- The article features John Moodie, an abstract artist and illustrator. Moodie is president of the Society of Illustrators, and creates work for book publishers and the commercial industry. He claims to have been greatly influenced by the style of Georges Braque, a contemporary of Pablo Picasso. Braque imposes abstract patterns on his paintings, most of which feature the city of New Jersey. A description of how Moodie works, and samples of such, are included.
