Abstract

The article discusses a study which examined the efficacy and safety of terguride, a partial dopamine agonist, in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS). The study included 99 patients who were randomized to receive either terguride or placebo. It found that terguride is safe but it did not improve pain in patients with FMS. However, the study also found that terguride benefits patients with cervical spine stenosis.
