Abstract
- In this article the author discusses several court cases. He is critical of the decisions of the European Courts of human Rights on the assessment of the credibility of an asylum seeker alleging past torture. The article also discusses the consequences of violating the prosecution's disclosure obligation according to the rulings of the Great Britain's courts.
