Abstract
- The article reports on the performance of economies in Asia in 2010. The equity market in China has been performing weakly and is expected to continue in the coming months. Asian currencies, such as the Philippine peso and the Korean won, are strengthening against their counterparts in developed countries. The yen and Nikkei are expected to gain, partly due to Asian macro recovery and better valuations.
