Abstract
- The article focuses on the marital status and employment in Central Minnesota. It mentions that the American Community Survey (ACS) reveals that the region has rapid population growth caused by influx of young married-couple families. Furthermore, data from the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) show that Central Minnesota Planning region has high reliance on young married couples for business growth and population while creating a strong demand for child care services.
