Abstract
- The article focuses on the legal liability of National Football League (NFL) head coaches for the health-related death of a football player. It explores the NFL culture, the prevalence of heat-related deaths among Americans and football players, and the likelihood of NFL head coaches to be charged with criminally negligent homicide. It also discusses criminal and employment law applied when the death of player was caused by heat stroke and prevention program for heat-related illness.
