Abstract: The article offers news briefs related to anthropology. Thomas A. Reuter of the World Council of Anthropological Associations (WCAA) wrote the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for its misclassification of anthropology as a sub-field of sociology. The Royal Anthroplogical Institute (RAI) Annual General Meeting will be on September 23, 2010 at the British Museum in London, England.
