USING GREY RELATION ANALYSIS TO EVALUATE THE REUSE POTENTIAL OF MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT EFFLUENT BASED ON QUALITY AND QUANTITY.

The article presents a study which evaluates the effluent reuse potential of municipal wastewater treatment plants (MWWTPs) in Taiwan using grey relation analysis based on quantity and quality. The study calculates the grey relation grade (GRG) of the MWWTPs using the three effluent quality indices and flowrate. Results revealed that the better MWWTP effluent quality was associated with higher reuse potential without being affected significantly by the quantity.
