- The article reports on the establishment of Twin Cities Community Land Bank (TCCLB) in late 2009 by the Family Housing Fund which aims to facilitate community development and stabilize neighborhoods in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota and the nearby seven-county metropolitan area.
