CHAPTER 2: EMERGING EAST ASIAN REGIONAL ARCHITECTURE.

Chapter 2 of the book "ASEAN India Australia: Towards Closer Engagement in a New Asia" is presented. It discusses East Asian regional architecture based on the perspectives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The ASEAN-India-Australia triad plays significant role within the East Asia Summit (EAS) process. The non-confrontational approach of ASEAN with regards to establishing international relations and regional order makes it a central player in the regional architecture of East Asia.
