Abstract

The article focuses on the advertising agency TBWA Worldwide. The agency's attempt to create a unit devoted to Internet advertising and marketing is discussed. TBWA's difficulty in retaining employees in the unit, who often leave for smaller firms which specialize in Internet advertising, is considered, as is the problem of integrating the work of a small group into a large agency's daily operations.
