Abstract
- The article discusses the key factors in the Finnish-Romanian relation-building during World War II. It regarded the levels of individuals, particularly in respect to Marshal Gustav Mannerheim and the role of Marshal Ion Antonescu in the enhancement of relationship between the states from 1941 to 1944. It mentions that the outcome of the analysis is sampled to the systematic level of analysis.
