Abstract
- Alert marketers realize that effective control over the activities of channel members is an area of growing concern. In this article, the authors first explore and reexamine an earlier journal of marketing piece on channel control, and then introduce a revised model of channel control which can serve as a valuable tool to decision makers working within a channel structure.
