Abstract: The nucleus <superscript>84</superscript>Nb has been studied with the <superscript>58</superscript>Ni(<superscript>28</superscript>Si,pnγ) reaction at 90 MeV. Several rotational structures are established and connected to an irregular low-energy level scheme which includes one isomeric level whose decay was observed before. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
