Abstract

103 Navy OD consultants were administered four personality tests. Their effectiveness was rated by their peers and superiors. Multiple regression analyses and t-tests supported the hypothesis that personality characteristics are significantly related to consultant effectiveness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
