Equity Investment and Management Control and Their Implications for Foreign Investment in Developing Countries.

This study focuses on mapping the perceptions of multidinational corporation and host government executives toward six forms of understaking foreign equity investment. The study use MDS to secure these mappings two important dimensions were found to form the basis of these executives' attitudes toward foreign investment.
