Examines the changes in sodium excretion and sodium balance after withdrawal of long term nifedipine in London, England. Use of nifedipine for treating angina and hypertension; Reduction of urinary sodium excretion during withdrawal of nifedipine; Effect of nifedipine treatment on the reduction in sodium balance of the patient.
