Summary A case of complex endodontic treatment in a geminated tooth is presented. With the assistance of microinstruments and magnification devices, a geminated maxillary second molar was successfully treated. In such a case, ultrasonic tips and the use of an endoscope were essential to detect the peculiar anatomy of the tooth involved.
