The article focuses on the notice 2010-20 which is a guidance to corporate bond weighted average interest rate and allowed range of interest rates specified under the Internal Revenue Code which takes effect before 2008 in the U.S. It is said that the notice also offers guidance on the corporate bond monthly yield curve, funding transitional segment rates and 24-month average segment rates. Guidance on the interest rate on 30-year Treasury securities is also provided.
