Abstract

Determines the toxicity and immunogenicity of synthetic globo H-keyhole limpet hemocyanin conjugates, a carbohydrate antigen commonly found on breast cancer cells and its a potential target for vaccine therapy. Administration of the globo-H vaccine to metastatic breast cancer patients; Tabulation of observed toxicitiy of the vaccine.
