Chile Shaking.

In this article the author comments on the economic and social implications of an earthquake in Chile in 2010. He remarks on a divide between the rich and the poor, noting that the poorest twenty percent of Chileans earn five percent of the national income. He criticizes the economic policies of former Chilean President Augusto Pinochet the response to the earthquake by outgoing President Michelle Bachelet.
