Abstract
- The article discusses the architecture of the Temple of Kukulkan in Chichen Itza, Mexico. The echo in this pyramid built by the Maya civilization, resembles the sound of Quetzal, a Central American bird. According to David Lubman, an acoustics expert, argues that the Maya designed the structure of the pyramid so that it creates, echo. He states that he has enough evidence to prove this. The shape of the steps on the pyramid which are high and narrow creates the echo.
