Ratcliffe, Rev. John Hepburn.

A biography of Reverend John Hepburn Ratcliffe, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of St. Catharines, Ontario, is presented. He was born on November 15, 1849 in East Whitby, Ontario, and in devoting his life to the ministry, he studied at Knox College where he took divinity classes and graduated in 1876. He took pastoral charge of Alberton and Ancaster and was inducted and ordained by the Presbytery of Hamilton until he became pastor of the First Presbyterian Church. He was married to Margaret Fletcher.
