Meanwhile, a survey conducted in Europe by Krauthammer regarding the attitude that employees seek from their managers asserts that 80% of the respondents seek for a manager who is willing to admit mistakes. However, the survey claims that only 43% of managers do the said practice. Moreover, a report from Regus indicates that two thirds of business leaders initiate changes to their workplace models.
