Abstract
- The author provides information on living a long life in good health based on what he has learned from studying populations around the world that have achieved long life. His recommendations refer to physical activity levels, time spent in the sun every day or consumption of vitamin D, consumption of whole foods from the ground for their micronutrients and phytochemicals, sleep needs, and having a purpose in life.
