Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 43-year-old woman with a superotemporal bullous retinal detachment (RD) sparing the macula. She underwent uncomplicated scleral buckling (SB) procedure. After the surgery, the woman complained for disturbing metamorphopsia and visual acuity (VA) could not improve more than 20/80.
