Abstract

An interview with several executives of the dairy products industry in the U.S., including Eric Bastian of Glanbia Nutritionals, Doug Brown of DSM Nutritional Products Inc. and Gregory Drew of Pharmachem Laboratories Inc. is presented. Drew asserts that Pharmachem Laboratories Inc. converts fatty acid oils and pastes into powders for use in non-liquid dairy products. Brown claims that dairy products have characteristics that help avoid oxidation.
