A bibliometric analysis of service research from Asia.

The article presents a study investigating the institutional and individual research contribution of researchers from Asian countries towards the literature on service science through papers from several service research journals including International Journal of Service Industry Management, Journal of Services Marketing and Journal of Service Research. It is mentioned that the top five contributors include Singapore, Taiwan and Israel, and majority of the contributions from Asian authors are based on empirical research.
