It Will Take Years for U.S. Containerboard Demand to Recover.

Information about the Fourth Latin American Pulp and Paper Conference held in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2009 is presented. Topics include the North American situation that will stay weak through 2010 and will not just start to recover in 2011 and the manufacturing base of the U.S. economy that has changed to lower-cost manufacturing environments.
