Abstract
- The article offers information on the factors that contribute to the creation of two biggest mass bike rides in South Africa including the Cape Argus Pick 'n' Pay Cycle Tour. It mentions that the country has the two biggest mass bike rides in the world due the availability of great roads, climate, and the television broadcasting of sports. However, it states that there has been a lot of road deaths in the Cape region where roads are excavated to make transit lanes for the 2010 World Cup.
