Abstract
- The authors offer reflections on teaching criminal law in the U.S. with reference to an article by Professor Anders Walker, published in the "Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law" in 2009. They mention the argument of Walker about the importance of the casebook "Criminal Law and Its Administration: Cases, Statutes and Commentaries," by Herbert Wechsler and Jerome Michael. They say Walker suggests that law students are not receiving adequate training to practice criminal law. They explain Walker's view on the difference between theory and practice.
