Abstract
- The article focuses on the report "Agility in Services - Capabilities for Difficult Times" by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and the Advanced Institute of Management Research (AIM Research) regarding the agility among organisations in Great Britain. It notes that 22% of organisations in the country have agility on demand and one of four of the organisation is capable of responding on marketplace condition. Chief executive Jo Cuason of ICS emphasizes the importance of customer service.
